Shipping policy
Thank you for your order from SpektralMuse Studio. We take great care in preparing and packaging every piece to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination:
- Standard: 5–8 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
Free shipping is available on select items (such as greeting cards) as noted on the product page.
Packaging Prints and framed art are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Framed pieces are wrapped and boxed to arrive ready to hang.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at muse@museartdesign.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
